If you applied and have a #Spain #Schengen #Tourist #Visa rejection and if you feel you had submitted all the right docs and have days to your trip don't hesitate to file an appeal. Spain is one of the best or rather only country among all Schengen which has a solid appeal process and the best part is it's FREE.

As not much info is available on the internet sharing the details + formats here to help travelers in need.

- You need to take all documents that were submitted / needed for the visa application
- Take fresh bank statements etc with sign and stamp for the submission
- Can surely add additional documents if any if you feel it will help with the application
- Draft a neat and detailed appeal letter. Keep it crisp. (Get some help from here https://t.co/zSgEMRcXW6)
- Need to submit the same in Spanish language and also English. No, don't use Google Translate etc or ChatGPT. Get a proper translator to get the work done
- Fill in the form in Spanish given by the Embassy (form attached)
- Also get basic translation done for other documents in Spanish. Usually I get some important documents done which will help the visa officer take a decision.
- Arrange documents as per the list (pic attached)
- Walk-in to BLS and without an appointment you can submit your appeal documents
- Keep eye for phone calls which the Embassy/BLS may call to clarify or ask for additional docs
- Usually appeal takes 2-3 weeks. Max 4 weeks.
- BLS / Embassy will call to ask for your passport to be submitted, then it's an approval and they are asking you for the same for putting the visa.
