@BrennonChapman No room for nuance ever for some folks…qb was hurt all spring and still developing chemistry with receivers. Also some key injuries so far on offense and defense. They’ll improve as season goes on.
The U.S. has finalized a major rollback of the Endangered Species Act.
One of America’s most successful conservation laws, credited with helping recover the bald eagle, gray wolf, and many other species, is being significantly weakened.
The new rule removes habitat destruction from the legal definition of “harm” to an endangered species. This could make it easier for logging, mining, and development to damage the habitats that threatened and endangered wildlife depend on.
Weakening these safeguards affects not only wildlife. It threatens ecosystems that provide clean water, carbon storage, flood protection, and biodiversity.
The ESA has been a cornerstone of U.S. conservation for more than 50 years. Rolling back habitat protections risks reversing decades of progress while nature is already under immense pressure.
You cannot protect endangered species if the habitats they depend on are no longer protected.

UT Austin researchers may have found a new way to turn the immune system against cancer.
A chemotherapy therapy option can make cancer cells mimic a viral infection, prompting the body to attack. The discovery could potentially reduce the need for high-dose chemotherapy treatments.

A UCLA-led study shows an off-the-shelf cancer vaccine targeting KRAS mutations elicited strong and durable T-cell responses in patients with pancreatic and colorectal cancers, with promising early impacts on relapse-free and overall survival.
@LRNROSE Fast food is no longer cheap, but it’s still low quality with ever worsening service. I’d rather go to Chipotle or Cava and get better food for the same amount of money and better service.
@TigerTylerD@CoachWadeNCSU Honestly why would Wade wanna come back to a bad situation? We don’t fund basketball to the same level as other top SEC programs. He’s at a basketball school now in a basketball oriented conference. Also why would Wade wanna work for Verge if there’s bad blood? Makes no sense!!
