It looks like Our president is more interested in politics than governance. How come he doesn't have intelligence reports on how dysfunctional Abuja has become? Sewage Channels are leaking to the road, garbage is littered everywhere, water supply is epileptic, many roads are without functional streetlights.

That's a tall order in Lagos. Except it's in a village. The cost of land alone will swallow that money!

You need a land that will contain the building and also have parking. How much will you build the house for? How much will MEP, finishing etc cost?
