...working an NHS job before graduating as a doctor, maternity/paternity leave, F3, F4 years(in the NHS) etc, then you are entitled to 32 days!

The years service need not be consecutive.....

Many rota co'ordinators assume that CT/ST1/2/3s have <5 yrs NHS service and are only entitled to 27 days AL per yr.
If you have >5 years service as a result of switching specialties, working LTFT....
