We provide volunteer responders with advanced skills, who respond to traumatic & medical emergencies in support of the statutory services in the NW of England.
Officially our busiest month on record!
Our volunteers have given an incredible amount of time, providing support to @NWAmbulance across all 4 counties in our patch
This would not be possible without the support of businesses, charitable donations & donations from the public
🚨 Bank Holiday Stats
While many people were enjoying the #BankHoliday, our volunteer responders were out across our operational area
Our youngest patient was just 2 years old
Your support keeps us equipped, trained and ready to help save lives across the North West
Thank you
One of our volunteer responders attended this incident, working alongside the @NWAirAmbulance team and @NWAmbulance clinicians to stabilise the patient before onward transport to hospital.

Craig’s incredible challenge continues!
Craig has reached an amazing milestone, but his journey is only halfway done
Next, he takes on St Cuthbert’s Way, another 100 km trek
Craig is now just £400 short of his goal
Can we help get him over the line?

A huge thanks to @HelipadHELP and @BASICS_HQ for their recent donation which allowed us to replace our team vehicle @uk_pax response bags.
With nothing going to waste, our old bags will become training bags.
What have we been up to?
Volunteer responders Doctor Amit and Advanced Paramedic Charlotte at a holding area, ready to take part in a multi-agency training exercise alongside partner agencies.
Its been a pleasure working alongside @ATACCGroup and partner agencies for the past few weeks during these exercises.
It is vital we understand each others capabilities and priorities in order to help our patients should the inevitable happen.
Over the last few weeks, The ATACC Group has been privileged to support a number of Counter Terrorism exercises delivered across the North West alongside our emergency service partners.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Police, Fire and Rescue, and Ambulance Services for inviting us to assist exercise planners in facilitating casualty management during several training scenarios.
These exercises play a vital role in strengthening multi-agency interoperability, testing systems and processes, and ensuring that responders are prepared to deliver effective casualty care in challenging environments.
We would also like to thank the ATACC faculty members who volunteered their time to support these events and contribute to the wider learning process throughout the exercises and debriefs.
In addition, thank you to the North West pre-hospital critical care charity for supporting us on selected exercise days and for their continued commitment to collaborative training and patient care excellence.
Opportunities like these reinforce the importance of partnership working, shared learning, and continued training in preparing for high-threat, high-consequence incidents.
Thank you again to everyone involved for their professionalism, dedication, and continued commitment to protecting our communities.

Through torrential rain, blistering sunshine, sore legs, blisters & exhaustion, Craig has officially completed the Camino de Santiago
Every painful mile was walked to raise money for our patients & the 4092 Men’s Group
Please considering sponsoring them

While it’s dry(ish) here, @scousemedic87 is being absolutely soaked in Spain, pushing through 74 miles of the Camino de Santiago, today tackling one of the toughest stages.
He’s suffering to raise money for our patients.
Please support him...

No lightsabres. No Jedi robes. Just highly skilled clinicians, rapid response vehicles and a mission to save lives.
May the 4th be with you, and with our volunteers too 💙✨
