Skilled. Exhausted. Underpaid. That’s the reality for NHS doctors earning just £17/hr to care for your loved ones in their most critical moments.
Resident doctors are asking for £22/hr. A fair wage for highly skilled work.
But @wesstreeting won’t even come to the table. He’s hiding the pay review body’s report. He’s refusing to negotiate.
Same old Tory tactics. Just a red rosette this time.
Doctors, there are 9 days left until the ballot opens. To receive a ballot on time, make sure you update your workplace and home address details via: https://t.co/5KvMJe87lt
NHS doctors are at breaking point.
Exhausted. Pushed out of the country by @UKLabour’s cuts to frontline care. Underpaid.
These are fully qualified professionals saving lives for just £17/hr. They’re asking for £22/hr; a modest, fair wage for the work doctors do.
But @wesstreeting is refusing to negotiate. Same old Tory tactics. No respect. No Government action.
When there’s no doctor at your bedside, remember who drove them away.
It's bizarre that when things don't happen quickly in hospital the default response is 'requesting doctor needs to chase it up'.
It's tackling the problem from the wrong end. If I request something, it should happen without multiple further interventions on my part.
This is not a reflection of “pre-rich” doctors.
This is the NHS taking advantage of doctors’ good will.
My New Year’s Resolution: I resolve to work harder in my BMA role. There is much to do.
@calledoutmusic You ate with this take I fear 😭
We really are the bibles people be looking at, people be put off by other Christians man, even within the faith (another point for another day)
God help us all 🙏🏾
i love it like mad o!
words of affirmation will do it for me every single time. i like hearing how much i am loved, and i really appreciate it when someone is constantly able to express their feelings in full details with beautiful words.
