one of the biggest lessons i’ve learned as a young woman is that competing for a man is NEVER worth it. be the one who leaves him alone bc 9/10 the one who stays is still getting cheated on, still competing, and still unhappy. you’re the prize ladies, the men are not!

If they stop breathing start CPR/ 30 compressions and two breaths!!! At a consistent pace! Go 2 inches deep when pushing! Don't stop! Ask someone to take over if you're tired! Make sure someone is still holding pressure over the wound..... TIME IS TISSUE. Keep the blood flowing

If somebody you know has been shot. Hold pressure until your hands go numb like literally it will be painful to them but it CAN SAVE THEIR LIFE and tell them to just breathe!!! Keep them calm as possible. And make sure you direct ONE PERSON to call 911.
