I have reported to @PoliceMv about this individual. I was driving with my child near Rasfanu, he looked at me and immediately too a U turn with phone on one hand, i nearly thrashed into him, so I glared at him and went forward, then he came from behind and braked just infront of us, my daughter injured her lips, i didn't want to say anything or go after him, i didn't want to traumatize my kid. I hope the authorities do something about this animal.
