Safaricom has a board of 12 directors with total compensation for FY 22 of KES 471.5 million.
Only 2 of them own shares in the company as of March 2022:
—CEO @PeterNdegwa_ with 895,500 shares [Worth KES 12.8 million now]
—NED Rose Ogega with 2,000 shares [Worth KES 28,600 now]
