In B2B, margin > topline. Sales can be borrowed from the cycle; margin has to be earned.
Ask yourself: is this company winning bcoz the industry is strong, or bcoz the company is truly better?

The real story is Backward Integration. Indian companies are moving beyond "screwing parts together" to manufacturing complex PCBs, sensors, and semiconductors. This means better margins and stickier business.
Electronics have jumped from the 7th largest to the 3rd largest export category in India. Smartphones alone saw a 24% export surge this year. We are moving from being a net importer to a global supplier.
The policy tailwinds are massive.
1. PLI Scheme: $2.7B+ specifically for electronic components.
2. Budget 2026: The outlay for the Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) was recently hiked to ₹40,000 Crore. The govt wants "Made in India" inside every device.
Dr Reddy, Shaily Engineering and Plastics and One Source Speciality Pharma grew around 8-10% in a single day.
