Article 35 (3): The State SHALL publish and publicise any important information affecting the nation.

Disclosure of information is a Constitutional imperative not something left to the whims of one person. The era of secretive deals negotiated in the dark will end when we kick this current regime out and return our country back to the rule of Law.

The University of Eldoret is mourning the death of Prof. Phillip Okoth Raburu, the institution’s Deputy Vice-Chancellor in charge of Planning, Research and Extension.

Raburu died on Monday, September 28, 2026. A family member, Willis Owino-Ong’or, said the professor died at about 4:30am at Eldoret Hospital after an illness

Justice Mugambi (Sept 14) upheld the ban on retired presidents holding party office.

Justice Mwamuye (Sept 21) struck down the same law as unconstitutional and voided a separate section that barred cuts to a retired president's benefits.

The conflict directly affects Uhuru Kenyatta's status in the Jubilee Party.
