On national TV, Sunny Hostin told America she was the holdout juror in the “Butcher of Tompkins Square Park” case.

Daniel Rakowitz killed Monika Beerle, cut her up, boiled the remains, and served them to homeless people in the park.

What the tf!!!

Eleven jurors wanted a guilty verdict. Hostin said she talked them off it (one by one)until all twelve found him not criminally responsible by reason of insanity.

He went to a psych ward, not a prison cell. She called that “a different type of prison” and said that’s how much she believes in the insanity defense.

A woman was murdered and cooked. The co-hosts sat there stunned. The rest of us heard a morning-show host treat the most grotesque crime in the file like a résumé line.

Unfreakingbelievable. This is the same woman that tried to get her son off from his crime.

And people wonder why we say repeal the 19th amendment. Women like her make me sick.

You don’t put these people in a mental hospital. You put them in prison or you give them the death penalty.

I can’t believe she admitted this on live tv. Her mind think is dangerous to Americans.

@Michaeliyijin @taco_talks Im not in any parish. havent been for years. If confession to a priest does you good then praise the Lord. That doesnt make the overall assertions wrong. Ill confess my sins to the Lord and ask for his help to do better. I dont need a priest.

Many Pastors know just as much if not more. I do not revere a man cause he has a title or a paper from an institution.

@EQualit31385573 @ChristandGuitar Perhaps? Paul refrences this in Romans. We struggle agasint what we want to and what we dont want to do. We are spirit living in flesh. We need an outside source to influence or change us. The flesh doesn't want change. it wants to remain selfish and sinful

Fruits of The Spirit are not things the flesh chooses to do. You are changed by your relationship with Jesus to then posses those qualities. It is HIM dwelling and living with in you.

@taco_talks This was pretty spot on. Confession in my experience is cringe and lacks any accountability, support or work. It really is just inspirational words and hail marys. Have a heart to heart with God in private and it will do more good.
