DELANEY HALL 100: Fox News Digital investigation reveals network of roughly 100 groups with $825 million in combined annual revenue coordinating Newark ICE protests through encrypted Signal chats, strategic comms documents and military-style supply operations.

The groups — including the ACLU, Indivisible and Democratic Socialists of America — direct activists to call the detention center a 'concentration camp' and detainees 'captives' who were 'kidnapped.' Saturday marked the 24th anniversary of the formal end of the rescue, recovery and relief efforts at Ground Zero. The FDNY joined fellow first responders, families and loved ones of those lost at the 9/11 Memorial Glade to honor the sacrifice of all who responded in the aftermath of the attacks on September 11, 2001.

As we near the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we honor all who were part of the extraordinary rescue and recovery efforts, those who died from World Trade Center-related illnesses, and those who continue to suffer.

La Corte Suprema de Estados Unidos falló este jueves 8-1 a favor de permitir que empresas estadounidenses reclamen compensaciones por propiedades confiscadas por el régimen de Fidel Castro tras la revolución de 1959. La decisión se basa en la ley Helms-Burton de 1996 y podría abrir el camino para más demandas relacionadas con bienes expropiados en Cuba.

El caso fue presentado por Havana Docks, empresa que construyó varios muelles en La Habana y demandó a navieras como Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian y MSC Cruises por utilizar esos embarcaderos entre 2016 y 2019. El máximo tribunal determinó que las compañías podrían ser responsables por usar propiedades confiscadas, incluso si los contratos originales habían expirado años antes.
