Left- over Pork Schnitzel and whipped taters, my take. Stir-fried green beans and zucchini that needed to be addressed. It was a really nice Monday dinner😋.
Chicken Parm 2 nights in a row. Thin spaghetti marinara and steamed asparagus. We usually never eat the same thing 2 days running but this was just soooooo delish😋
Pork Bulgogi was dinner.I started with a prepared Bulgogi marinade from Whole Foods. Marinated a pork tenderloin and sliced it. Stir-Fried with onions. Added a squirt of siracha and soy sauce. Served over white rice and sautéed Haricot Verte. Easy dinner and very delicious.
Fried Haddock in #tyrrellville. In Crisco shortening done in the wok. Serving with some leftover Ligurian-Style pasta from the freezer. I have to say, we are quite excited.
Forgot to post yesterday’s dinner in #tyrrellville. Smoked Pork Chops, Gravy, Mashed Taters, Kraut and Cranberries. It was a perfect meal. #eatingfortheinsta
A recent tradition is to make a shit-load of chili and offer to adults that stop by with their kids trick or treating. We have for dinner and then chili burgers the next night. One down-side. Two old guys stuffing their faces with chili 2 days in a row is tough on the plumbing.
