Vineyard Wind 1 Q2 2026 MWH is lower than Q1 which was lower than Q4 2026.

The capacity factor, the percentage of electricity produced as a proportion of the theoretic maximum electricity produced if all the turbines were functioning and the wind was blowing was only 18% . If Vineyard wind one was functioning normally the capacity factor should be 40-45%.

Is the Nantucket electric grid less reliable today than in the past because of the additional heavier and larger wires being strung on the utility poles? The old Nantucket pictures show the skinny wires of the past. Has NatGrid overloaded the utility poles? I don’t recall Brant Point losing power during the summer hurricanes in the 60s-80s.
