@nypost Since most people don't seem to (or want to) understand how property taxes work for primary residences vs commercial property, maybe we should reform the property tax system so anyone can understand it. (pS you can argue value but Sq ft is still subject to laws of physics.)

@nope_its_lily So true. I have insurance now after years of self pay, and I rather wish I didn't because it is so messed up. But real catastrophic insurance is not available anymore. So I either have to take the whole thing (with exams and paperwork that I don't need) or nothing.

This dumper left plastic bags of YARD WASTE - which we would have PICKED UP FOR FREE - on the ground in @althea4theBX’s district in Highbridge. We issued two $4,000 summonses and impounded the SUV.

Saw a garbage truck swipe left rear fender of a parked silver sedan turning south down Nevins St from Atlantic Ave. Could not get license plate #.
