We lost a legend this morning. Lefty passed away . 1979 was my first year broadcasting Terps games and Lefty was there. No words can properly describe the impact he had on basketball and how he put Maryland on the national map. RIP coach.
@Jeff_Ermann Alumni did NOT hold back and all valid points. Do you think any of these guys are salty about Turgeon’s departure? Not saying it influenced their comments but I’d be curious how they feel about the situation now (& vs last years success), 2+ years later
something I don’t think we talk about enough is how much wealth and free time can enable anyone to make decisions that look abnormally virtuous or honorable. sometimes what we attribute to good character is just money
@Jeff_Ermann It’s hard to watch something you love so much seem so lost. It’s even harder having pre-paid for season tickets to see it happen in front of you.
Red Panda strikes again! By far the best performance of the night with honorable mention to @CoachLocks with another bowl & @notthefakeSVP with a Gary Williams-esc fist pump #GoTerps
@ChuckDouglas_ Big if true but no other reputable publications published this story. Everyone online is just referencing THIS tweet which offers no evidence / quotes. Caution against promoting this more broadly before any double confirmation.
Currently on hour 2 of a delay because the @SouthwestAir flight 3127 de-icing machines at @fly_SAV are broken and we’ve resorted to a “solar” process 😂. I applaud the crew for improvising and their warm attitude… but expect southwest to remedy the situation for their customers
Jon Rahm should just tell the truth and simply say, "I turned down a lot of LIV money previously because the PGA Tour asked me to be loyal and insisted there would be no coming back. Then the PGA Tour tried to go into business behind my back with the same people they told me not to do business with. That was disappointing and something that made me reconsider everything. So now I'm making the move to LIV because I'm not going to be dumb enough to pass on hundreds of millions of dollars again, not when I also have these exemptions to majors that this year's Masters win gives me."
