@Naheri1 I am still awaiting my full refund for the jewellery I ordered . No one is replying to my messages about my refund so I will be speaking to my bank now . Very disappointed in this company . Terrible customer service .

@Naheri1 I placed an order on 17th July and paid £10 for a 4 day express delivery. I have still not received my order 12 days later . I was told I would receive my order by 28th the latest but my order does not even show it has been dispatched. I want a refund .

@houseoffraser I am still waiting to receive my refund back from a returns made on 9th August and I am also waiting for details of how to receive a refund for my gift card. This is getting ridiculous now .

@HouseofHelpers I returned an item on 8th August that you received on 10th August and have still not had my refund . I also have gift vouchers that I cannot redeem. I have emailed customer services about 3 times in the the last month and still not received a reply.
