The New York Editorial Board is a group of veteran journalists interviewing candidates, elected and appointed officials, and other New York civic leaders.
Glad this exists! Bizarre certain publications abdicated their responsibility to conduct these long editorial board interviews, but very good to see the tradition alive and well. You learn a lot from them.
I've been consistently impressed by the @nyeditboard interviews with candidates.
Probing conversations that cover a lot of important ground.
Worth checking out:

NYEB: "Anyone who comes illegally and they don’t commit a crime, they should all basically by law be regularized, every one of them?"
Reynoso: "Every one of them."

Reynoso on housing: "I think we’ve got to play to the market, right? We have to have an honest conversation about our ability to build a million new units over the next 10 years." https://t.co/PBPpTBj40i
Another telling exchange from the NY Editorial Board interview w/ Antonio Reynoso.
"If it was just me and Claire, and Zohran doesn’t endorse her, we’re not even having this conversation. It’s over. But Zohran means something... That’s why it’s a toss-up."

as we all await the Mamdani administration's housing plan, @ReynosoBrooklyn says there's nothing stopping him from revisiting the Bushwick rezoning 👀

Fascinating section of the Antonio Reynoso New York Editorial Board interview. He pays $2,250 for a non-regulated two-bedroom in Williamsburg, really close to the train! Landlord on Long Island, no lease, just month-to-month.
