Guys, today I'm feeling a bit thoughtful, and I wanted to share my perspective on certain things with you. First of all, I'm not referring to anyone in particular; this is just a general observation, and I'd love for us to reflect together on what I'm about to write.
Every time a hater says mean things about our girls, I rarely see that person's actual post on my timeline. What I do see are vague, indirect posts referring to it, increasingly angry comments, and one call-out after another. The result? The day before yesterday, I had (and I'm not exaggerating) at least 50 posts referring to a single hater, only to discover that I had already blocked that account months ago. So, if it weren't for those people bringing that up, literally giving a voice to the person behind the keyboard, I wouldn't have known a thing about it. And the same goes for many others.
Now, I completely understand everyone's frustration; I feel the same way. But before posting anything on our timelines, we should always ask ourselves a few questions:
- Could what I'm about to write harm the girls?
- Could it harm the fandom?
- Could it cause people to worry unnecessarily?
- Could it create a problem?
- Could it put everyone in a bad mood?
If the answer to even one of these questions is "yes," then maybe we should hold back and refrain from posting those words.
I understand that everyone needs to vent, but instead of doing so on the timeline, we should turn to our close circle of friends. And if you don't want to vent to your close circle, come curse out the haters in my DMs, we can talk about it and calm down together. Giving haters this kind of attention creates a domino effect that we might not notice at first, but over time, it can create rifts and drive people away from the fandom, and, consequently, from the girls.
To explain this better, let's say a hater writes something, and it ends up on everyone's timeline because everyone keeps talking about it. Some people, especially if there's drama every single day, might gradually distance themselves from the fandom and, as a result, from the girls. After all, why do people join fandoms? To enjoy lighthearted moments and feel carefree. If the drama outweighs the carefree moments, people will eventually walk away.
Again, I'm speaking in general terms. I'm not saying we can no longer share our opinions. I'm just saying that before posting anything that could even remotely create bad vibes, we should think about it not once, not twice, but ten times. Instead, let's try to channel our energy in a positive direction. Are we angry because we've read something a hater wrote and feel the urge to curse them out on the timeline? Well, let's curse them out in private, and on the timeline, let's share a post encouraging people to stream our girls' songs, for example. That's so much more useful than complaining. This way, we can turn a negative domino effect into a positive one.
Taking care of each other in this fandom is our duty because we need to live up to the kindness our girls show us. So let's try to take better care of the fandom by avoiding unnecessary drama and refusing to give a voice to people who, unfortunately, have never experienced love and therefore cannot understand the concept of it. All they seem to know how to do is spread hate and frustration. The protocol is clear: report, block, and move on.
I hope no one feels offended by my words because I'm genuinely speaking in general terms, and I'm saying these things to myself as well. My only goal is to encourage us all to reflect seriously on this topic. Having said that, I know for a fact that the love we have for our girls will always overcome any hate. We just need to learn how to handle it with a smile and ignore the rest. 🧡💜
Imagine the person inside Any was holding back her tears so she stopped talking for a bit and after that her voice is shaking 🥹😭😭 Any is not just a mascot, she's our precious kid with real feelings and so kindhearted inside. I love #ANY so much
