Dear @insuranceombud please look at this thread and the response from @OnePlanHealth. From where I sit, their cancellation policy is wrong and possibly illegal and has disadvantaged many other people. This matter can't be resolved for me alone.
This is just the beginning. I now challenge you @OnePlanHealth to do the same for others who do not have the means to use these platforms to complain. In short I challenge you to change your policy on cancellations in case of death.
