We are announcing our most ambitious move today with the release of DAX-1, our flagship model, post-trained specifically for spreadsheet editing.

DAX-1 is 97% cheaper to run than Anthropic’s Fable 5 and achieved 91.7% accuracy compared to Fable 5’s 58.3% on our benchmark. DAX-1 is also 5× faster.

This marks a shift in how we build Decide. Rather than relying solely on general-purpose frontier models, we will train specialized models where it makes sense for our operations.

This gives us more control over accuracy, speed, and cost, and allows us to build better products for the businesses and professionals who rely on Decide.

The reason the Cowry shell could be used as currency is that they did not actually exist in West Africa. So you could only get the currency in exchange for a good that someone from abroad purchased. Running a 'Hardware production' business is an extreme sport⚠️
We learned so many things the hard way;

Our biggest problem was supply of faulty component from merchants, this really dealt us a big blow, overtime those components develop fault and affected customers start to complain, we spent a whole alot of Money fixing the complaints
Thankfully we now have certified suppliers and so far things are much better ✅

Second problem is customer misuse, we've had certain customers who damage the products from misuse/ignorance & try to pin the damage on us, some we settle amicably, some we 'kwechiri', especially if the damage is so obvious & severe
Customers have a valid warranty, but it does not cover deliberate damage⚠️
Our customers are our priority, we strive to do anything in our power no matter the cost to make sure they are satisfied, but customers need to understand that deliberately damaging a product is a different ball game, but can be handled amicably ✅

We have also started developing some of our own components in-house; we have successfully developed our own indigenous metering and display system.
We are acquiring more machines to boost our production capacity
We have also expanded our interests into key sectors that will be announced very soon
We have been totally rebuilding Zedora gradually ✅

I am grateful for The amount of experience gotten so far, it's painful and extremely expensive, but we know alot of things school may not have taught us in this business
