South Africa 🇿🇦, If not now, then when?
Watching the news, I am filled with immense pride. From this point on, we won’t only honour the women of 1956.
@JacintaNgobese
— history’s pages now carry a new name, yours. We have a new story to tell. We will speak of a woman of 2026 who stood unshaken against every obstacle.
Thank you for fighting for the many children in the Western Cape who struggled to find placement at a school in their own communities.
Thank you for pushing for shorter queues at our clinics, so our grandmothers no longer have to wake at 4am just to see a doctor at 9am.
Thank you for easing the pressure on our hospitals, so a cancer patient might finally get an operation date sooner.
And yes, thank you for your role towards ridding our communities of drug dealing and trafficking.
I could go on forever… so I’ll end with this: THANK YOU.

( praying for an incident free June 30th)
A 12-year-old boy, Bandile Makhubo, has apparently been kidnapped from his grandmother’s home in Palm Springs, Evaton.
The incident took place on Saturday when four men travelling in a white Toyota Quantum kidnapped him.
Evaton police have launched an urgent search and are appealing to anyone with information to contact SAPS Evaton on 016 596 1203.
So if the departure of "Africans" leads to "South Africans" owning Spaza Shops, should the logical conclusion be that the departure of Europeans and Asians will lead to SAns owning Land, Mines, Banks, Supermarkets, Insurance Companies, Industries, etc?
You guys made history for South African football. You should be so damn proud of yourselves. 🇿🇦❤️
Thank you for reminding a nation what belief, unity, and resilience look like. #RSACAN#Fifaworldcup
I am a young, female entrepreneur who does carpentry, furniture and construction. For the past 2years I have been applying to the @sedfa_dsbd for finance and asset assistance. Each time met with rejection that there’s not enough budget. I was surprised to see a R600m budget appear out of nowhere for the June 30 protest. Whilst I understand the importance of national stability, I’m saddened that an entrepreneur who wants to create job opportunities doesn’t get supported. People who genuinely want to build South Africa are not being supported. I feel let down by my government. My vote feels misplaced. There is no transparency from @Stellarated and her cabinet about allocations. What will it take for you to hear our cries @CyrilRamaphosa ? I’m not looking for a hand out. I’m looking for a hand up. Legitimate support. I feel so let down 💔. @MYANC@eNCA@SABCNews@JacintaNgobese@MbalulaFikile@PMashatile
@FREED0MCHARTER@matigary@JacintaNgobese It’s not racist the African immigrants are infiltrating black spaces the spaces of people who are already economically excluded. I go to the nearest clinic or hospital I won’t find white foreigners it’s packed with African immigrants. Squattercamos in our neighbourhoods
@matigary@plexieym@JacintaNgobese I know South Africans who used to work in farms and were able to provide for their families now the farmers hire foreigners and pay them R20 rands a day …. You have no idea how exploitation of foreigners leads to local rural families to poverty
Dear @RonaldLamola as a South African we watched your interview where you boldly said that South African youth should learn to travel more. so my question is , where should the youth get the funds to travel like you said when the Unemployment rate went high under the leadership that you are in ?
Also Ronald you are doing that travelling with taxpayers money don’t act brand new on us respectfully . Stop being tone deaf and you constantly do that . So get out and touch the grass.
AD BREAK:
@Stellarated where is the 500 million spaza shop funds
The PHD (Pull Him Down) syndrome is so real. I’m not one to air my struggles online, but for your information, I’ve been unemployed for a whole entire year. A full year. I am out here on X trying to make some extra cash, and all you can do is try to bruise my confidence. Bro, it took everything inside of me just to sit in front of that camera and shoot that video.
Instead of supporting and uplifting a brother, you chose those exact words for a stranger you don’t even know. In a world where you can be anything, you chose negativity. It looks like we still have a long way to go as a country, but it’s chilled. I swear I am not trying to hurt anyone. I’m just trying to build my community and make money. I really don’t need this, especially since this isn't even my comfort zone.
Besides, those aren't even my personal views or opinions, it’s called critical media analysis, bro. You should look it up. I'm breaking down the text and the themes of a show. Do you even know the difference between someone's personal views and a critical scene analysis?
You almost got to me though, but guess what? I was watching #PodcastandChill right after your comment shook me, and MacG and Sol were discussing Nasty C’s streaming venture. Sol said something so profound, it felt like he was speaking directly to me. He said, "It takes balls to learn to swim in full view of the public." while at it, he dropped another gem while commending Nasty’s journey: "For me, it’s the stepping out of your comfort zone that I have to commend to start something new and be willing to be ridiculed."
Those exact words are the reason why I am busy editing another video right now, which drops tonight at 20:30. A huge shoutout to @Solphendukaa man. What a legend. 🇿🇦🙌🏻💐💐💐
Guys you know it actually clocked to me.. Morocco , Ivory Coast & many other african teams the players aren’t even born in the country they playing for. It clocked to me that Bafana every player is ACTUALLY South African. So we should really give them grace honestly 🤞🏼
Given that the marches have revealed what South Africans have long suspected to be true, that there is a huge number of foreign nationals who are in this country illegally do you not think it is prudent, as the government, to issue a notice similar to the one issued by Kuwait in 2024 for illegal foreigners to leave the country voluntarily or face detention and deportation if after the deadline they are still in the country?
Government taking control of the situation in a way that shows commitment to enforcing our immigration laws will calm the anxiety caused by the looming 30 June deadline for locals, foreigners and the international community.
@welly_foya@TumishoMasha The problem is you think all white people are rich in South Africa it’s only a few 🤭🤭 in estates there’s more black homeowners than whites.
I say this calmly 🙌South Africa is not embarrassed. Not by a match. Not by a score. Not by the noise of those who cheer against us. Win or lose, our Bafana Bafana will return home and we will welcome them with open arms. Because they are ours. They belong to us. And we would rather have them home, safe and fed, than starving in other people's countries, begging for scraps. We love them unconditionally. That is what it means to be South African.
And since we are keeping score, since some are so eager to measure which country is better, which is greater, which leads, let us not forget, South Africa is winning. Not just on the pitch, but on the world stage.
Our Patrice Motsepe is the President of CAF. The Confederation of African Football. The highest office in African football. Not Nigeria. Not Kenya. Not Zimbabwe. South Africa. That is not luck. That is leadership. That is respect earned.
We have the best infrastructure, the best healthcare, the best constitution, the best agricultural sector. We feed ourselves and our neighbours. South Africa is mother to your absent fathers. We treat the sick of the continent. We host global events. We lead in innovation, in finance, in democracy. We are not perfect but we are great.
So you can cheer against us. Tweet your petty insults. Wish us to lose. We will not be shaken. We will not be provoked. We will simply continue to build, to lead, to win on our own terms.
Because South Africa does not need validation. We have results. We have each other as South Africans, a truly remarkable diverse country. We have a future that shines brighter than their bitterness. And that is the quiet, confident truth they cannot stand. 🇿🇦
