Bills due, kids finna go back to school, everybody got a lot on they plate right now. I’m praying for all my hustling mothers ESPECIALLY the ones doing it alone 💕🫶🏽 it’s gone get better
It’s scary how long people can sit around you pretending.
Pretending to like you.
Pretending to fuck with you.
Pretending they care.
Pretending they support you.
Sometimes the only closure you need is knowing you had pure intentions and a genuine heart. Let them misunderstand you… Your value doesn’t decrease just because they couldn’t see it. Stop seeking explanations from people who were comfortable giving you confusion. Their silence, their distance, their disrespect… That was your answer. A person treating you like you don’t matter is the closure. Read that again.
Social media can make anyone look like Parent of the Year. The real work happens when the cameras are off, nobody's watching, and your kids still need you.
Co-parenting doesn't mean accepting disrespect or giving unlimited access to my peace. Sometimes the healthiest decision for me and my children is creating distance and letting actions speak louder than excuses.
Unlimited access to me is a privilege, not a right. If your presence brings confusion, inconsistency, or chaos, don't be surprised when you're blocked, removed, and left in the past. My kids and I deserve better.
One thing I'll always be thankful for is my two amazing children. They're smart, loving, resilient, and the greatest blessings I've ever received. No matter what life looks like, they'll always have a mother who loves them unconditionally 🥹
Not everyone deserves unlimited access to you. Sometimes peace requires a block button. My kids and I deserve happiness, healthy love, and a life that's no longer interrupted by unnecessary drama. 🤍
Not every event goes as planned. Yesterday was one of those days. Too much going on, plans fell through, and it definitely wasn't the party I pictured for my son. You live, you learn, and next year we'll come back even better. 🩵
Kids remember consistency more than grand gestures. Being present once in a while doesn't replace showing up every day. Parenting is a commitment, not an occasional appearance.
Anybody can pop up for birthdays and holidays. Real parents show up on the ordinary days too … the school mornings, doctor's appointments, bedtime routines, and everything in between.
Protecting your peace isn't being selfish, it's knowing your worth. Not every argument deserves your energy, not every invitation deserves your presence, and not everyone deserves access to you.
To the men who choose to show up every single day for their children providing, protecting, teaching, loving, and leading salute to you. A real father isn't just about having kids; it's about being present. Your consistency is shaping your children !
I see why baby mothers get so mad when ppl try to come at them about not allowing the dad to pop in & out their child’s life. At a certain age they’ll start to notice you coming around & disappearing & non mother is about to put their child through that. You can’t pick & choose when you want to be a father, when you want to spend time with the baby, when you wanna show you care. Then when the mom puts a stop to the unhealthy cycle she gets all the backlash. Some bm’s ain’t bitter, they just love their child enough to not allow someone to come in & out their child’s life when they choose to. No such thing as a part time parent. I gotta be a mother 365 days I can’t choose & pick when I wanna be a mother ❤️🥹
Do I want to give my child the privilege of having both mommy & Daddy together? Absolutely I’d go through hell & back for that, but I will not sit in an unhappy toxic miserable situation teaching my child that’s okay to deal with a man’s bullshit for the sake of a child. Nah, sorry!
