Fast Short REP MOVSB - allows small string moves to stop paying the startup tax that only makes sense on large blocks

Enhanced REP MOVSB/STOSB - allows rep movsb/stosb to use a more efficient microcode path instead of going byte by byte

REP-MOV/STOS Streaming - uses non-cache streaming stores to transfer the copy writes straight to memory instead of going through L1/L2/L3 cache
