Our fields r wide open now so we must also b more mindful of r thoughts, how we r spending time & who with. You can eat healthy foods all day & if u sit down 2 watch TV 4 a few hrs or cozy up 2 your tech u are working against yourself. Mind/Body/Soul are connected. Feed all 3. xo
