sometimes shit seems impossible but if you put the effort in, you can lose weight. i went from a 35.7 bmi to a now 21.9 bmi, like that is crazy i never thought i could reach that.
my mom diets a lot and i told her that i do 3 day fasts at least twice a month and she said "what? ive only ever done a fast for 3 days twice in my whole life.. wow.." like 😭
"how do u not break ur fasts 🥺" dont ask me this while im fasting. i get brain fog and then all i will know is the straightforward reply 'i just dont go in the kitchen and eat.'
