Washing it down with the last of the Amarula cream liqueur I brought back from Eswatini earlier this year 🥰

My dessert is chocolate cake with my fav vanilla ermine frosting. I messed up the icing by rushing: I mixed the sweet roux into the butter before it cooled completely, and it melted. But thankfully after chilling the whole thing it beat back up perfectly!
