Today, I followed the great tutorial of @mairatma to create a simple GraphQL server using Node and Prisma. Then, I looked at best practices to combine together schemas from different domains ("stitching") + the relation between BFF and GraphQL. More to come!

@thibpat @mairatma In Namaste MD, we have a BFF between our Android/iOS apps and our microservices. We can tailor the API responses of the BFF depending on what the FE needs. Depending on the frontend application, our goal was to create several BFFs... (1/2)

@thibpat @mairatma "Backend for Frontend". It's an API Gateway set between a frontend and a set of microservices. It calls the microservices APIs to return the relevant information for the frontend. In essence, it is very similar to "GraphQL used for server side resource aggregation".
