@stuholden In rec and even club, at U10 the goalies are often just rotated and have no idea or feel for what to do. Even if you spend a whole practice coaching then to run to the edge of the box and throw it, half of the time they still freeze up for 10 seconds or more.

@USOPM @USAJOBS There was a time not long ago when a federal job was highly desirable. That time has passed. I live right outside of DC and not only is working for the government a joke, people are actively leaving because they're afraid they'll lose their jobs anyway.
