I broke a major story last year.

It went viral.

The temporary foreign worker was dangerously shooting a firearm.

It prompted Ford to get the OPP to step in.

He got caught.

Charged.

Plead guilty.

A judge just granted a 12 month conditional discharge.

He will avoid a permanent criminal record & potential deportation.

He got a slap on the wrist.

My eleventh observation from the grooming gang report:

Islam has a doctrine called al-walā' wa-l-barā'—loyalty to fellow Muslims. According to the report, this creates a cultural code where reporting wrongdoing by a Muslim to the authorities is treated as betrayal of the community.

It illustrates this using the case of Hannah Shah, whose father was an imam. When Hannah told her school teacher that her father was physically abusing her, she was assigned a Pakistani Muslim social worker. She social worker told the father what Hannah had been saying. The father reacted by beating, raping, and threatening to murder his own fourteen-year-old daughter before locking her in a cellar for days.

The same social worker later told the girl that reporting her father was a betrayal of the community.

The community protected the abuser and the state enabled it.

Will the extra costs fall on the shoulders of people who already purchased condos in those buildings, who then are forced to sell their units at a loss?

When renters have no real investment & nothing to lose, units and common areas can get destroyed very quickly, with no ability for the Strata council to recoup costs.

It's pretty easy to see why British Columbia has seen five credit downgrades in 4 years, with Eby as our Premier.

Eby has no concept of money & what is required to maintain a condo. He is just insulting all of us.
