ugh. i forgot what day it was. mainly because i put myself voluntarily in detox jail.

i might be discharged on sunday but it's looking more like monday. because it's friday, i don't even know if it's worth it to leave sunday, because i might need that complete day so i don't relapse immediately.

do i want a drink right now? kinda. but it's only because i'm taking 3/8 of my normal xanax a day and obviously you can't light up a blunt in the hospital.

i think i could literally be discharged in 8 hours if i had access to my main medicine. also, the other detox place gave me valium. that would have probably equated to 6/8 of the xanax i take a day, which is the reason i was alcoholic sober for 87 days straight last year, 100 total.

so i lied to the detox center and told them i'm on 100 mg of seroquel. basically, it's for schizos, but i use it to help sleep. the only problem is it doesn't put you to sleep. it just keeps you asleep.

i'm gonna be so depressed if this place buys me a birthday cake. i might cry and run out of the room. they bought a cake for a girl who had a birthday yesterday. i didn't even want to look at it.

as a nerd of trains, i've obviously always loved the character of sheldon cooper from the big bang theory and young sheldon. he has a full model train set by 10 that i don't think i can build if i had a gun put to my head

anyway, i started getting young sheldon clips on my TL from youtube and from shit fuck facebook, and some of the scenes were too hilarious to not investigate more.

the show revolves more around his family, his parents, his sister, and his older brother - and CBS even spun that into a series - as he gets his girlfriend who's 12 years older than him pregnant.

anyway in this episode, it's like 1990. sheldon's mom gets a scratch off and claims gambling is a sin. sheldon's sister sees it in the trash, and her mom catches her. then she eventually scratches off the ticket. $500.

$500 in 1990 is $1,250 in today's money. that's some sweet action, especially since sheldon's mom got the scratch off for free. lol. sheldon's dad then yells, "MARY, WHY IS MISSY TELLING US WE'RE RICH?"
