We have checked the billing account and the website is showing as active. We're unsure of why, or how our billing system has decided that the website should be suspended.
Apologies to everyone.

We're experiencing another massive-scale DDoS attack but this time with our Orlando cluster. Silver Knight Group and its websites are not affected by this attack.
Services are now operational. Upon deeper investigation we've realized that the cause of this downtime was a massive scale DDoS attack, our data center is working to mitigate the attack. Further downtimes may occur over the next 24 hours while we monitor and mitigate the attacks.
UPDATE -
After an investigation into the issue, we've come to the conclusion that the issue is with our GRUB. GRUB is a boot loader that handles the startup of multiple operating systems installed on to one server. Our engineers are reconfiguring GRUB to resolve this issue ASAP.
We're experiencing a downtime with Mimosa. Mimosa is the cluster of servers that handles @silverknightgrp's websites. Our engineers are working on the issue, and we will continue to update their customers as we get updates from our Engineers.

UPDATE ON AMES CASE -
We've brought ICANN in to help investigate, ICANN is the governing body for all domain names. They have given Network Solutions a shove, and we may have the website back online within 24-48 hours.
We can provide some more information on this:
Due to suspicious circumstances on Ames' registrar account (Network Solutions, Inc) Network Solutions blocked Ames' domain from making changes. Their legal team are the only ones who can lift the lock, we've reached out to them.
After careful considerations, investigations, and reviews, we've decided to bring in our sister company @nz_host to assist in solving this issue as soon as possible. Their legal team has reached out to our providers legal team to lift this lock as soon as possible.
We apologize
