@O2 it’s 2024, on a train in London, and for 90% of my trip I have zero effective connectivity. How is it possible? How do you still have a business if you can’t serve people where they are the most?

Other European countries have better infrastructure, cheaper service.

And saying “your IT team didn’t set thing up properly” is not an excuse. A good PM ensures your product *can’t* be used poorly.

Honestly, the number of hours lost due to Microsoft products is hard to fathom.

Working with the Microsoft suite is actually terrible, especially on a Mac.

Productivity of Excel & PPT is significantly lower than Google Sheets and Slides, their UX is detrimental to getting things done.

Some very bad Product Management happening there.

Teams can’t even be compared to #Slack - it’s hard to think how Microsoft managed to copy a great product and make it so bad. They just had to copy it. The way information is organized is confusing and duplicated. Some small good features, buried inside an awful product.
