Kenyans voted for men who have wives as prayer worriors. You will never find bigger criminals and morally corrupt individuals than in the church, no better hiding place for evil people.
Must stop getting lost in the endless scroll of online corn and remember: avoid looking at women IRL and if you must look at a woman don't look at her for more than 3 seconds, Shift your focus and appreciate the world around you.

The recent actions by the IOC regarding the independence of national boxing federations demand our attention. As leaders within the boxing community, it’s our responsibility to defend the autonomy of our national federations and ensure the development of the sport we all love, particularly here in Africa.
Boxing has a long and rich history, especially on our continent, where it has provided a platform for countless athletes to rise, not only within the sport but in life. It’s about more than medals or titles. For many African boxers, this sport is a lifeline, a way to inspire their communities and lift themselves and others out of challenging circumstances. To allow outside forces to compromise this is unacceptable.
The IBA has stood as the global leader of boxing for decades. It has supported and nurtured athletes, coaches, and federations around the world. I stand firmly with the IBA in this situation. Their commitment to the sport, to the athletes, and to the broader boxing community is unwavering. This isn’t about politics or power. It’s about protecting the integrity of the sport and ensuring that our athletes can compete and develop without interference.
To my colleagues across Africa, I ask you to remain focused and united. The strength of our continent lies in our unity and determination. The challenges we face are not new, but together we are resilient. We have always worked to grow the sport of boxing in Africa, and now more than ever, we must protect it. Let’s continue to support the IBA and ensure that our athletes, our federations, and our sport continue to thrive.
