There's a summer sale happening and just when I realized not much of a good collection in the Women's section, I found the gold mine, the Men's section. A day to be called!
do not borrow shame from the past. you are not that person anymore and you simply didn’t know better. no reason to beat yourself up for it. all you can do is do better.
your entire life can really change in a year.. you just gotta love yourself enough to know you deserve more, be brave enough to demand more, and be disciplined enough to work for more
Ask yourself, “if I could be all I could be, what would that look like?”
And then figure out what actions you need to take, what skills you need to develop and what mindsets you need to build to become them.
Don't keep postponing what matters. Wait too long and the meal goes cold, the music fades, the flowers wilt, the words slip away, and the moment passes. Children grow, parents age, seasons change. Time doesn't wait, and neither should love, gratitude, or joy.
