I just published Radix Color Scales on @figma community 🎉
It's a color library with 696 color variables in Dark and Light modes 🌗
Best thing? By using Radix color scales as the base for your design system, you'll get automatic dark and light modes.

I'm told Twitter employees were just walked out of its Singapore office — its Asia-Pacific headquarters — over nonpayment of rent. Landlords walked employees out of the building

The best managers avoid this trap. They avoid saying “XYZ is entirely your call.” They clarify what they care about most, what concerns them most. They provide guidelines for how said decision should be made, how they would weigh the trade-offs involved.
One huge mistake that many managers make is to tell a senior member of their team:
“<XYZ> is entirely your decision. I am here to serve you. I will defer to whatever your decision is here.”
This happens at all levels e.g. a Founder/CEO delegating “product strategy” to the CPO.
Employee A is a solid performer and asks for a 10k salary increase.
But they're already at the top of the salary band, so it's not possible.
So they find a new job that pays them 15k more, and the company ends up spending 40k to hire and train a replacement.
I've heard ppl say cache-control is "hard" but I think surprising is a better word. It's very powerful and frankly not hard.

Corporate/gov sg twitter are... probably not held by pros over here. Don't block especially you are gov. What you CAN do is, mute or 'remove from convo'. Unless it has to do with kpi then idk. Blocking would even make the kpi worse I guess.
