We have most of China’s full routines to share, but it will take a bit to post.
Quick assessments:
- Vault: Some consistency issues. Tsuk full. Two DTY. Tsuk double. Didn’t see Qiu vault but might have missed her.
- Bars: Consistency again, mainly for Qiu, who struggled with her pirouettes to laid out Jaeger — multiple falls on that.
- Beam: Mostly clean. Best rotation of the training.
- Floor: Zhang Yihan two falls. Others clean.

I’m sorry but it’s actually ridiculous this is now the second time this year the US has brought Hezly to a major international team competition only for her to get there and not be able to compete to the same level she did at trials due to injury
Side note, but like Gymcastic noted, Reese competed the Barani (B) + double tuck (D) at Jesolo in March, which is an FIG competition that Donatella Sacchi (the president of the WTC) was in attendance of, and it received full credit there:
All in all, I hate this so much 😩.
In the end, the WTC was right to consolidate front 1/2s under one element on beam (though it should've been F).
It makes no sense to split hairs like this at all, which they agreed about on BB, so why in the world are we now splitting hairs on FX? Simply bc they don't like it.
