Dear @Banks and @FaZeClan, this is a letter for you and for the American community from someone who has dedicated 12 years of his life showing love to the team and finally joined FaZe Clan months ago.

I kept my mouth shut during 4 years but I think this is the perfect moment to speak about it. The last 4 years have been the worst of my life.

Months ago I joined FaZe Clan with 2 more content creators but this is only the final episode of this story.

I want to tell you the whole truth... What happened after the FaZe 5 challenge in 2020 where I was the only spanish in the top 20.

1 day after the challenge, on January 1st, 2021, one of the Og's from FaZe sent me a DM on Twitter telling me to sign a contract with FaZe Clan to do a training and later join the team. This training was called FaZe Academy. At that time, I was a person full of enthusiasm about joining the team and expand it's message to the spanish speaking community. It was my dream since I was 14 years old (Now I'm 26) when I started playing with a sniper in Black Ops 2 and creating content on social media, therefore, I signed without hesitation and cried the same night because all the effort of the last years paid off.

By signing that contract, the worst 4 years of my life and career began.

In 2019 with Black Ops 4, I reached the American community after a lot of grind, joining SoaR Gaming following your footsepts and the footsteps of some actual FaZe Clan og's.

At that time, I joined the american community, hitting unbelievable clips, collaborating with the best snipers in the world, earning their respect and also of many members and founders of FaZe Clan. All this momentum increased with Warzone in 2020 since I went viral on social media because of my playstyle and some spanish digital media wrote about me.

In the FaZe Academy they assigned me 2 managers who were the only ones who took care of me. The only ones who were there for me and treated me like a human and not like a number. Inside the academy I met many workers who are no longer in FaZe today and also the previous CEO and they encorauged me even more since I was going to be the initial piece to expand the team to the Spanish-speaking community.

We had meetings every week and I was living a dream. Every day I woke up so much happier, they periodically sent me gifts which I showed in videos. I had to keep the "FaZe Zogoro" hype alive after losing the FaZe 5 because everyone thought it was all over. I uploaded photos with the merchandising they gave me, I talked about FaZe in my videos and I dedicated many videos to the team which got thousands and thousands of views.

Those weekly meetings began to become monthly and the truth is that it didn't bother me since we had talked about many things and all that was left was to wait for the right moment to announce myself as a member of FaZe Clan.

During that process, I saw FaZe Kalei and the Nuke Squad go through the FaZe Academy. I was the only one they signed after FaZe 5 and they told me that Kalei was only there for 3 months and the Nuke Squad a little less than a year. Seeing that, I thought it would take approximately that amount of time before I was announced, but that wasn't the case.

The meetings went from being monthly to being every other month. Throughout the entire process, every day I was happy and contacted the people in charge of the FaZe Academy with video ideas to help to expand the team to the Spanish-speaking community (Which I could only make them happen as a member of FaZe Clan) and I was full of joy and had a lot of motivation. I took this very seriously since it is my dream and the dream of thousands of people who never achieved this and I felt that it was my mission to change history and sign a Spanish content creator (Outside the competitive scene since teh spanish "Vorwenn" was there as a Fortnite pro previously). The last time there was a Spaniard in FaZe, related to sniping, it was a very famous editor at the time called GotaR and that was 13 years ago.

6 months passed and I began to notice that they were leaving me aside. They no longer responded to my emails or messages on Discord and my managers were the only ones who were there for me but they didn't told me anything about what was happening.

At that moment I didn't understand anything, I spent months and months being ghosted by FaZe Clan after being motivated and elevated by the team of my dreams and giving everything I had until destroying myself. They never told me the truth about what happened and they were not clear with me. I asked them "What's happening?" and they responded "You're doing very well, keep up the good work" but the day of my announcement NEVER arrived and over the months I saw other people join FaZe Clan except me.

9 months passed and when I saw that other people were joining and I was being ghosted, I had a mental breakdown but I put myself together and kept working to fulfill my dream. At the end of 2021, I fall into depression.

For you to understand my dedication to FaZe Clan: during the FaZe Academy I rejected 4 of the most recognized teams in the hispanic community, great teams that surely would have given me a lot and would have helped me to improve and expand even my content even more. I rejected a salary and big projects and to this day I wonder what would have happened if I had followed another path.

The first year at the FaZe Academy was horrible. They fired my managers, leaving me completely alone and after writing several emails, they assigned me another manager. They never explained to me what was happening, they never told me the truth and they gave me excuses all the time but I still put myself together and kept working. I'm not ashamed to say that I cried every month in my bed before going to sleep begging for an opportunity and wondering why other people were joining and they were treating me like that.

I promise you that I gave everything I had, I gave all in the FaZe 5 challenge and during the FaZe Academy and I also jumped out of a plane to join the team, breaking the internet and because of that Dexerto and more media dedicated me an article and FaZe Clan itself quote my video.

I was in the FaZe Academy for 2 years. fighting depression and crying when I saw that I was alone in this. All the people who initially spoke to me and worked with me began to disappear and not respond to me even though the contract still signed. After 2 years, on December 31, 2022) I completely broke down. 2 years waiting for a moment that never arrived. Waiting for that moment when FaZe Zogoro would become a reality.

Why did they keep me there for so long? Why were they never honest with me? Why did they hide all the information from me? It's something that I don't know today but I think it was the decision of the former CEO, investors, etc. when they saw that I wasn't a YouTuber with millions and millions of views that would give them an easy boost and exposure in the Spanish-speaking community, although I did have good numbers. I guess my passion and dedication for the team, the videos with thousands and thousands of views that I dedicated to them and all the effort I put into the FaZe 5 didn't matter to them at all. They only wanted views and money.

It is worth mentioning that FaZe Clan was not going to pay me anything for joining, which I did not care since I was not there for money. My ambition was bigger since for the first time in history there would be a Spanish content creator on the team and the project could be incredible. I think that money and fame is something that depends on me and my work and not on joining a team.

In 2022, Modern Wafare 2 came out and it was a great opportunity for us. New Call Of Duty and I traveled to Los Angeles where I recorded a vlog in the FaZe Warehouse and made a video with 1 million views on COD NEXT surprising everyone by playing with sniper. They still decided not to announce me and that destroyed me inside. We lost an incredible opportunity but I still kept myself together as best as I could, but as I said, on December 31, 2022, I broke myself completely and couldn't resist anymore. I sent an email saying that I felt like a toy, that I had suffered a lot for 2 years straight, every single day and begging them to announce me and end this as soon as possible.

After this, they broke the contract.

I was on my own for a long time until a few months before the release of Modern Warfare 3 when I sent a message to a person in FaZe Clan and he told me to have a call. In the summer of 2023 Spratt and one of the FaZe Clan bosses made a plan to bring back sniping and call of duty in FaZe and go back to the roots and I fit in the plan.

When I joined FaZe Clan, everything was very different from how it was in the FaZe Academy. I was living a dream, this time for real. They treated me incredibly well, they were talking back to me, they treated me as I truly deserved after so many years showing love for the team.

A week before the announcement, you guys adquired FaZe Clan and all the workers were fired. You came back and to this day I still don't know anything. They kicked out all but 1 FaZe Clan sniper and recruited other awesome content creators.

To this day I have not had the opportunity to speak with you and I know that you probably don't know my whole story and everything I have had to live to join FaZe Clan. I was the only Spanish speaker who tried to change history by helping the team to expand into spanish community and I ended up destroying myself.

12 years working to join FaZe Clan, making history in the FaZe 5, working with FaZe for 2 years in the FaZe Academy putting my mental health at risk, crying every month, falling into depression and asking myself "what I was doing wrong" . Rejecting 4 of the biggest teams in Spain during that period because I felt it was my mission to help FaZe Clan since I started playing Call Of Duty in 2012. I dedicated half of my life to share the FaZe Clan philosophy to the spanish speaking audience and I finally joined FaZe months ago but I had never announced it until now. I joined SoaR Gaming in 2019 like you did but with the difference that I come from the Spanish-speaking community. The first Spanish speaking to reach the American community playing with a sniper probably since FaZe Cuban 11 years ago. I earned the respect from the best snipers on the scene and the FaZe Founders before and after the FaZe 5 by playing with a sniper and jumping out of a plane doing the FaZe UP sign in the air.

I'm not only someone who plays with a sniper in a videogame, I made vlogs and I think I have incredible potential to create all type of content.

These last 4 years have been the worst of my life because every time I was close to joining FaZe, I was pushed away and when I joined FaZe after crying every month in my bed begging for an opportunity while I was doing very well and the team workers ghosted me. I had never the chance to spoke with you in a call and explain this horrible story.

I helped the team in some way with many videos with thousands of views and I also helped some members like Kaysan by asking FaZe Clan to whitelist my youtube channel and social media to promote his music in my videos without anything in return just because I loved his work and he will be my future teammate

I have never talked about this or made a video because I don't want to talk shit about my dream team and I kept my mouth shut during 4 years.

I joined because I fought for my dream and didn't give up after some people destroyed me. I'm posting this because I have nothing to lose anymore. I'm probably just another content creator in your eyes but I know the pain of having joy in my eyes and being happy and having this joy erased because of other people, praying for that opportunity after giving my best and wondering why they were doing this to me while I was working with them.

I have nothing against FaZe Clan since the logo and name were corrupted by some suits and I had to deal with it while my dream was in their hands.

I don't know what the future holds for me, if I will join FaZe Clan one day and all this suffering will pay off or if my future is in another team or on my own. But no matter what happens, I will continue creating content.
