@slothhh3 Being trained directly by someone who already understands retention and attention sounds like a really cool opportunity for editors who are still learning. That kind of real feedback is probably way more valuable than just learning random effects

@PsdCurious83423 As someone still trying to get into the editing space, I think a lot of beginners get excited just seeing an opportunity posted, but yeah, people should probably research a bit more before sending portfolios.
