1. Freezer C: Start-up reduced
2. Ginyu B: Increased hitstop + hitstun on Rikuum 214S
3. Gogeta Blue C: Reduced blockstun
4. Super Baby B: Nerfed tracking (data all the same tho)
5. Vegeta Blue B: Increased Hitstun + adjusted knockback
