I enjoyed most of the stories, they moved from light hearted and fun to dark real quick. I like how the settings also moved from ancient to modern and back. I also loved the rich Igbo culture and language on display. Chef’s kiss

To be honest, this feels more like a 2025 read because I was in the middle of this book for most of 2025, but yeah…finally finished and I felt a tad bit underwhelmed, I wish the writer had explored darker themes
