I am sick and tired of the constant back and forth I face with @ncbja. It has been a battle and I am through. I’ve reached out to the bank countless of time to discuss the transferring of my funds and what is the reason.
@ncbja Here I am again in 2025 with another situation where Funds have been removed from my account and was told that @ncbja did not receive any funds. I am truly over this. I do wish that whosoever in that accounting department take notes.
I’m sure when I say this most Jamaicans can relate! Jamaica is one of the most inappropriate professional unserious place. They try to be professional and at the same time very inappropriate or should say know not how to speak to customers.
I am over this whole dm, calls, live chat and calling to gather information regarding my funds. I have literally call the bank several times and during discussion I get cut off and when I request for a manager nothing. This is not acceptable

I do need to figure out who run these banking regulations in the country. Cause @ncbja have been doing customers wrong for sometime and I’m yet to see the government of Jamaica step in to correct this kind of action. @AndrewHolnessJM please I beg look into these banks.
@ncbja I am going to make a public case regard this if I don’t get an update anytime soon. Because I can’t seem to understand my funds have been removed from May and yet still, unable to get any form of understanding of what took place. Very disappointed
