I’m not asking for special treatment, just fairness. Years of perfect payments shouldn’t be erased by one technical error and a 3-day deadline over a holiday. @AmericanExpress, do better for the people who actually keep you in business.

What makes this worse is the bigger picture: the American economy is brutal right now. People like me are just trying to make things work. One honest mistake shouldn’t erase years of good standing, but @AmericanExpress made it feel like it does.
