The Court delivered judgment in favour of our client, ordering the Nigeria Police Force to tender an unreserved public apology and awarding N10 million as damages, together with N1 million as costs of litigation.

As I am based in Lagos, the matter was prosecuted through a collaborative effort with my learned colleague in Abia State. I handled the preparation and drafting of the court processes, while she undertook the filing, court appearances, and oral advocacy.
