I would like to add one more thing: social media is meant to connect people and bring them closer together. It's how we stay in touch, build friendships, share memories, and remain connected with those who matter to us. That's why losing an account can feel like losing a part of our personal journey.

Why is it so difficult to get back our original social media accounts? Every day and night, I keep sending emails just to understand where I went wrong, but I rarely receive a clear answer.

@Meta, is it really that hard to provide users with transparency and proper updates? Instead of spending millions on growing your business and increasing profits, shouldn't there also be a stronger focus on supporting the people who use your platform?

At the very least, users deserve honest communication. Is it too much to ask for a clear explanation when an account is suspended or disabled?

The reality is that many accounts have reportedly been suspended or disabled over the years, and countless users are left confused, frustrated, and without answers. How can decisions be made without providing sufficient proof, evidence, or a clear explanation to the account holder?

To be honest, this situation has been extremely frustrating and emotionally exhausting for me. What hurts the most is that my account contains precious memories with my grandfather, who is no longer with me. Those photos, messages, and memories are irreplaceable.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for clarity, fairness, and an opportunity to understand what happened to my account. Every user deserves that much respect.

Pls just let me have my original account back 🙏
