I don't want to hear about the victims in regards to Seungri when his life was irreparably destroyed over absolutely nothing worth what he was put through.
I genuinely couldn't care less about Seungri's "victims" when those "victims" are
1. Rich assholes who maybe lost out on the chance to be marginally richer
2. Prostitutes who consented to the jobs they were hired to do
3. A man who SAID he did not feel victimized and who begged+
I. DO. NOT. GIVE. A. F U C K. about Seungri's "victims" when people are going around saying the most disgusting, despicable lies about him.
The courts recognized Seungri wasn't the one who committed most of his crimes, yet gave the true perpetrators suspended sentences.
VVIPs! I created a discord server for VVIPs planning to go to the BigBang tour so we can find each other at the show! Even if you're not planning on going, please rtw so other VVIPs can see!

Okay it took you an obscenely long time to make your point clear but I get where you're coming from now.
The issue here is that you're relying way too heavily on court verdicts and willfully ignoring witness testimonies. Which is what the courts did as well in a clear instance-
On one hand, you acknowledge that the shareholders suffered heavy losses, but on the other hand, you claim it was a 'victimless crime.' If shareholders lose out financially because company funds are used illegally by their CEO/Co-CEO, then those shareholders are real victims. You are also trying to downplay the embezzlement charge as if Seungri was convicted merely for 'playing with money' when the official charge was the conscious and illegal misappropriation of corporate funds (embezzlement).
You are spreading a fictional romanticization commonly used to build an image of Seungri as a hero. However, regarding the Assault Accusation/Incitement in December 2015, the trial facts proved quite the opposite.
Seungri was in the VIP room of a bar and got into a dispute with another patron who accidentally opened the door. CCTV footage and chat logs showed that Seungri and Yoo In-seok instead called gang members/thugs (through their connections) to the location to intimidate and threaten that patron in a back alley. From the Military Court to the Supreme Court, the act of calling thugs to threaten someone was not viewed as an action to 'save a girl,' but rather as a criminal act of thuggery. That is precisely why he was found guilty of that charge.
If you want to claim it's a 'victimless crime' or twist an assault incitement charge into a heroic fanfiction story, please back it up with the actual court documents.
Do you have the official verdict from the High Court or Supreme Court of Korea stating that Seungri is innocent and was just 'saving a girl'? If you do, show me the valid legal documents, not cherry-picked narratives from a fan group to support your assumptions.
For the assault charge, the victim himself stated that he did not feel threatened and did not want Seungri punished.
So how exactly are these people all victims of Seungri when the perpetrators were repeatedly identified as other people?
Stop ignoring my tweets and give me-
Also, I don't know how useful this will be but I created a discord server, it's basically the same information as on the website but if anyone's interested, this is a good way to contact me if you have resources or questions

You are executing timeline gaslighting to obscure Seungri's actual charges.
You deliberately restrict the definition of 'crime' to only JJY's molka videos and KSK's assault just to strip away Seungri's status as a business facilitator. Your argument collapses when compared to the official ruling files of the Supreme Court of South Korea.
Before Burning Sun even operated (2018), Seungri and YIS were already operating Yuri Holdings and the Monkey Museum club (2016). In court, Seungri was proven to have arranged prostitution services for Japanese investors in December 2015 and throughout 2016. The act of hiring these prostitutes was funded and facilitated using Yuri Holdings' corporate accounts. Therefore, the 'business umbrella' I mentioned was proven a reality in court. This scandal did not start when Burning Sun opened, Burning Sun just a sequel to a business ecosystem that had already been established since the Yuri Holdings era.
The special assault charge brought against Seungri occurred in December 2015 at a bar, where he was proven to have collaborated with YIS to mobilize gang members to threaten other patrons following a dispute in a VIP room.
You are recommending me to an account that serves as the largest fanbase dedicated specifically to producing Seungri defense threads. Naturally, the answers I would get from there wouldn't be much different from yours, right? That account frequently compiles first-instance court documents selectively, filtering out testimonies that only favor Seungri, and packaging them into neat English narratives to make them look objective to international fans.
However, not a single thread from that account can nullify the fact that SEUNGRI HIMSELF PLEADED GUILTY TO ALL 9 CRIMINAL CHARGES AT THE APPEAL IN JANUARY 2022, which was subsequently upheld by the final decision of the Supreme Court.
Read my conversation with Peachboo carefully, almost all of these points have already been discussed by us.
You're accusing them using a red herring when that is precisely what YOU'RE doing. We asked about victims and you launched into long ass tweets about embezzlement. Just bc you can say a lot of words doesn't make you smarter or more educated. You're saying a whole lot of nothing.
You are using a red herring tactic against me, nice try. Those victims exist precisely because Seungri acted as a facilitator (even if he wasn't the direct main perpetrator). Without the business umbrella he provided, the crimes against those victims would not have occurred on such a massive scale. Just read through the entire discussion there to clearly understand. Don't just read fragments of a tweet without looking at the entire thread. The existence of the victims and the legal proof are two things that are bound together in the line of arguments I have previously laid out.
Not only that but wtf does any of this have to do with Seungri supposedly being responsible for any victims? You're moving goalposts and bringing up stuff that is completely irrelevant to the argument at hand.
This is a crazy amount of words to type while being wrong.
It was proven BY THE COURTS that Seungri was not the one who embezzled from Burning Sun. It was the CEO of Cheonwon Industries and Seungri only received the funds.

Try again.
In terms of structural law, the CEO of Burning Sun was indeed not Seungri. However, Seungri was an investor and held a 20% stake through his company, Yuri Holdings. He served as the Executive Director, responsible for promotions and general management.
IN COURT, Seungri was proven to have embezzled hundreds of millions of won from Burning Sun, if he had no control over Burning Sun, he would not have been able to misappropriate those funds and be indicted by the Supreme Court. The military court and the Supreme Court found Seungri guilty of providing prostitution services at Burning Sun to entertain foreign investors in order to secure investments for his business.
Just because Seungri was not officially registered as the main CEO does not mean you can exploit bureaucratic loopholes on paper. In criminal law, an individual who funds, promotes, informally manages, and profits from an enterprise is still legally declared a perpetrator or a facilitator. That is precisely why the Supreme Court of Korea sentenced him to prison.
Read this carefully, this is not about believing the media, but these are the facts from the Korean court of law. The data regarding this trial is completely real, valid, and officially recorded within the legal system of South Korea. This is not merely media hype or fabrication.
@rasta9cy@PeachBoo10_12@ogebabb@viraltakes Literally what the fuck are you talking about. None of Seungri's charges have victims, he has ZERO legal ties to any victimizing crimes. You OT4s are constantly yapping nonsense while knowing NOTHING about the case. It's fucking embarrassing.
If you're going to have the audacity to use the victims to win bullshit twitter arguments, at least have the decency to name them. Go ahead, I'll wait.
@PeachBoo10_12@ogebabb@viraltakes Yes, that's right, I don't really care about ot5 fans because I miss those times too. But let's all not forget the victims of Seungri
