@CORSAIR I did that, the further assistance is the exact same as what's on the FAQ and then they had me ship your keyboard back at my expense and sent me the same model keyboard with the same problems.

@CORSAIR @wittlebears That doesn't work. I went through all of the service tech's suggestions. Just look at your own forums for all the locked threads on people having the same issue. But you still sell the product and can't fix it.

@MyLordBebo They are obviously empty because of the way they are stacked. Full ones are very heavy and sit and balance differently. Unload, unpackage and stack enough empties and you know.
