It means they can see the same thing with both eyes. On the other hand, many animals, especially those that must see predators coming from any direction, have eyes on either side of the head.

Attention Cat Owners 🐱
There is currently a recall on some dry cat foods over concerns it is linked to an outbreak of a disease.
This includes Sainsbury's Hypoallergenic Recipe range and Pets at Home Ava.

Let's stop poisoning wildlife. Pesticide use in fields, gardens, parks, verges, community spaces and waterways is putting bees, birds, hedgehogs, butterflies, beetles, frogs, damselflies & many more species at risk. So please: don't use pesticides 🐝
Will you pledge to Bee the Change? Help our struggling bumblebees with simple micro-actions, like growing a nectar-rich plant or letting wildflowers grow 🐝

Please don’t treat dandelions as weeds. They are a vitally important food source for so many of our early pollinators and often the only flower to be seen in lawns & well-grazed fields.
If you see lone leverets please don’t assume they’re abandoned: Mummy will go off hunting for hours at a time & the babies will wait for her. Call us first before you intervene as the “rescue” might be entirely unnecessary.
Hi, I’m a 17 year old wildlife artist, and I’ve just released my owl chick and floral squirrel drawings as prints!! 🥳 Please retweet and spread the word!❤️ thank you

26% of UK mammals are in danger of disappearing. We need to put nature into recovery through the creation of wildlife corridors, natural regeneration of woodland, restoration of wetlands, rewilding – and much more! 🌍🌱🌳

Our bees still need your help. The recent ‘stay of execution’ does not change the underlying issue – that the neonicotinoid could be allowed in the future, with potentially devastating impacts on UK wildlife. Sign the petition 👇

Top work @cardiffcouncil for taking this decision . UK Councils take a look at this for better practice , if you all did this imagine how much benefit for our declining pollinators ! #SaveOurPollinators https://t.co/wGrsJBgHMc
Dear councils, If you don't overmow or spray roadverges and green corners this year, you'll get wildflowers like foxgloves - a lifeline for pollinating insects like bees. Biodiversity is better than non-essential 'neat & tidy'. Let's bring nature back 🐝
When you use glue traps to catch any animal/insect, you will cause harm, and in this case, despite our efforts, death, to beautiful innocent wild animals.

Two years on and nothing has changed. Developers are slapping netting on trees & hedgerows even before planning has been approved. What chance does nature have when the government does nothing ? #NetsDownForNature#NestsNotNets https://t.co/Tap0IcAIlx
