Also realized that the engine was selecting multiple Mega evolved pokemon for the Master League. That is now fixed, hecka of a morning!

I found there was a glitch that was allowing mega pokemon into leagues that they are not eligible for. The glitch has been fixed, sorry about the hassle it may have caused.
